Alongside Norlec Contracting, the Rorke family operates two agribusiness ventures rooted in the Northern Victoria landscape — Vitality Walnut Milk and the Australian Walnut Company. Both businesses represent the same values: quality, care, and a genuine connection to this region.
Vitality is our plant-based dairy alternative brand, producing walnut milk from walnuts grown in the rich soils of Northern Victoria. Walnuts are among the most nutritionally dense tree nuts — high in omega-3 fatty acids, antioxidants and plant protein. Vitality Walnut Milk brings that goodness into a premium, locally produced alternative to dairy, oat and almond milks.
The Australian Walnut Company (AWC) is our premium walnut growing and production operation. AWC grows, harvests and supplies high-quality Australian walnuts direct from our Northern Victoria orchards. With the climate advantages of the Murray River region and decades of farming knowledge, AWC produces walnuts to an exceptional standard for both retail and wholesale markets.
